Migrants everywhere in the world have their progress and other forms of opportunities as well as their difficulties. Either way the opportunities or difficulties may differ in regard of geographic location and other factors.

In March 2009, governments, international and non-governmental organizations convened at Geneva for a two-day workshop aimed at finding pragmatic solutions to the human rights situations of migrants.
